Colleges and universities often are seen as places to discuss our ideas, debate our differences and openly engage persons with whom we may not agree. Those debates and disagreements appear sharper and less open to compromise during an election season, particularly an election with as much acrimony as the one currently underway. It is during times like these when it becomes incumbent upon us, as members of the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder community, to remember the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Creed and how we can choose to live its values.

The ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Board of Regents Thursday received an update on projected enrollment growth on all four campuses from Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Todd Saliman. Among other items, the board also approved a name change for the BA degree in the Department of Women and Gender Studies and the splitting of the MS in Applied Mathematics into a professional and traditional degree.
