These relationships are governed by agreements between ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ BoulderÌýand the sponsor whichÌýdefine each party’s rights and obligations in the relationship.

Many types of agreements received by ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder, but not all,Ìýare accepted under the authority of the Office of Contracts and Grants (OCG). These agreements, including incoming subcontracts, usually require negotiation between ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ BoulderÌýand the sponsorÌýand always require OCG'sÌýapproval/signature.
