Because ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥Â Boulder is a state entity and is bound by the laws and Constitution of the State of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥, only specific entities within the state are authorized to accept indemnification. OCG is not authorized to provide indemnity on awards that are accepted under OCG’s authority. As a non-profit, public, governmental, institution of higher education, primarily performing research, ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥Â Boulder does not cover sponsor loss. We can agree to be responsible for our negligent acts or omissions as covered under ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥Â Boulder’s self-insurance policy.
