There are a variety of St. Patrick’s Day themed fitness classes at the Rec this week. All participants will receive a themed giveaway. 


Monday, March 11 

  5:30–6:30 p.m.   Discovery Learning Center, Room 1B70 
Crush your interview with this interactive workshop held by Career Services. 

   7–9 p.m.   The Connection 
Enter into an 8- or 9-ball billiards tournament at The Connection. 

  7:30 p.m.   Imig Music, Grusin Music Hall   $38–$48
Enjoy a performance from the Grammy-winning Takács Quartet.

Let your imagination run wild with an open craft celebrating Womxn's Herstory Month, hosted by the Dennis Small Cultural Center.

Attend a meeting with a student group working to diversify the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder physics and APS departments.

Check out a preview of the upcoming musical, produced by the Eklund Opera and Musical Theatre programs.

Create a keychain with the Basic Needs Center and learn some methods to catch up on debt. Light appetizers will be provided. 


Thursday, March 14

Get to know other transfer students over a donut and coffee.

During this event, attendees will plant a four leaf clover and test their knowledge of sexual health. 

  4–6 p.m.   ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Art Museum 
Author St. Clair is sharing what she’s learned during her four-year journey documenting natural hair stories.

NASA’s Lucy Mission: Updates & Occultations

  7 p.m.   Fiske Planetarium 
A member of the Lucy Occultation Team from NASA is coming to give updates on the , launched in October 2021.

How much alcohol is in one drink? Enjoy a slice of a pizza while testing your pouring skills with Health and Wellness Services.

Celebrate St. Patrick’s day huddled up with friends around the firepit. All students are welcome; registration is required.

Saturday, March 16

The annual TRANSforming Gender Conference raises awareness on issues in the trans community. 

  9 a.m.–7 p.m.   Rec Center, climbing gym 
Climb in ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥â€™s annual climbing competition, hosted by Outdoor Pursuits. The event is free and open to all climbing levels.

   8–10 p.m.   UMC Glenn Miller Ballroom 
Create a naturally green succulent and enjoy free food during St. Patrick’s Day weekend.
