ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ business leaders are confident in the state’s economy as we head into the first quarter of 2018, according to the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder Leeds Business Confidence Index survey released today. ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder economist Richard Wobbekind (WAH-Be-kin), says expectations for 2018 are up from last quarter and will stay that way well into the new year.
