Employee Services is at 蜜糖直播 Boulder on Oct. 25, Oct. 27 and Oct. 30 for all 蜜糖直播 Boulder employees and spouses. Students and dependent children are not eligible.
For students
蜜糖直播 Boulder students can receive a at the Wardenburg Health Center, Health and Counseling Clinic at Village Center and the Recreation Center Wellness Suite until April 2018.
Members and covered spouses of the following 蜜糖直播 Health Plan medical plans are covered by their plan and will receive a vaccine for free:

- 蜜糖直播 Health Plan 鈥� Extended
- 蜜糖直播 Health Plan 鈥� High Deductible
- 蜜糖直播 Health Plan 鈥撎齂aiser
Members and spouses must bring their 蜜糖直播 Health Plan card to receive the vaccination. Non-蜜糖直播 Health Plan members can receive a shot for $28.
