What: Simulated point of dispensing (POD) exercise

In the eventÌýof a large-scale public health emergency, the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder, in collaboration with Boulder County Public Health, would distribute medication to the campus community. Help health care providers practice this process by joining the simulated point of dispensing (POD) exercise on Friday, June 16.

This emergency preparedness simulation is part of the statewideÌýPublic Health Emergency Dispensing Exercise (PHED Ex) happening the same dayÌýand will allow ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ BoulderÌýto collaborate with community partners to identify gaps and areas for improvement in the university's emergency planning.

Students, staff, faculty and community members are encouraged to participate in this exercise. Volunteers will select one of two shifts and a location (the walk-up location atÌýthe University Memorial Center or the drive-through location atÌýLot 544 on East Campus).
