The Society for Creative Anachronism will provide a taste of the Middle Ages in an evening of sword-fighting, romantic chivalry, medieval music and dance, and medieval arts and crafts at the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-Boulder Engineering Quadrangle Courtyard on Friday, April 21, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Onlookers can expect to see day-to-day aspects of medieval life, including fighting with heavy weapons and armor, construction of medieval artifacts like the bow and arrow, the practice of medieval arts and crafts, including spinning and weaving and candle-making, medieval manuscript illumination, and medieval drumming and dancing.
