Living in campus housing in the summertime provides terrific benefits including proximity to classes, access to outdoor adventure, great food, convenient study spaces and the support of resident advisors and front desk staff. Residence Hall & Dining Eligibility

Housing is offered to students during Maymester (Session M) and Sessions A-D. Limited dining options will be available during the summer. The housing is designed for matriculated single ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ students who are enrolled in regular ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder Summer Session courses. Unfortunately, campus housing and dining options are not available for Augmester (Session G).

How to Apply

The summer housing application is anticipated to open in mid-April. To get started with the application, you will need your ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ login and  password.

The application process and deposit for university housing and confirming university admissions are separate from one another; one does not guarantee the other. Research and Internship Students

If you are not enrolled in course work at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder but are at the university as a visiting faculty/staff member or research/internship/program student, on-campus apartment housing may be arranged, but is subject to availability. Please contact ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Conference Services by email at conferences@colorado.edu or by phone at 303-492-5151 to inquire about on-campus housing options, pricing and availability.

Off-Campus Housing and Neighborhood Relations

Off-Campus Housing and Neighborhood Relations helps students make informed choices about housing and roommates. The office maintains listings of rooms, houses, apartments and roommate requests and provides students with copies of the Boulder Tenants' Guide, the Boulder Model Lease, subleasing and roommate agreements, furniture rental information, moving tips and other materials related to living off campus. Students may also schedule a free appointment with the office’s legal advisor to discuss rental concerns and have their lease reviewed, prior to signing.

Off-Campus Housing & Neighborhood Relations is located in the University Memorial Center, Room 313.
