Internship placement with a school-based ASHA-certified SLP for 180 clock hours (15-18 hours per week) including a minimum of 50% supervised provision of 80 hours of direct intervention (in-person or virtual with students on caseload) plus a minimum of 100 indirect hours. Interns will complete file reviews, scheduling, research, evidence-based practice, materials preparation, intervention and IEP meeting observation.聽 SLPA students must provide their own transportation to and from their internship site. Out of state students are considered if they can arrange their own internship placement.聽 |
