- If you add an undergraduate student to a class after Friday, Sept. 9(census), please remember to ask them whether they're receiving COF. If they are, submit our late-add survey by Dec. 9 to document the reasons for the late add.

- If you process any Fall 2022 major, minor or subplan changes after Fall 2022 classes start, please be sure to set the effective date as the first day of classes.
- Several updates to degree & diploma processes including retroactive degrees and academic program discontinuance will become effective beginning Fall 2022.
- The degree audit system, uAchieve, will undergo a system upgrade on Wednesday, July 6 at 5 p.m. and is expected to be back up the morning of Thursday, July 7. Please save any changes and log out before then, as it'll be unavailable during this time.
- In partnership with our office, the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Book Store has been reaching out to instructors to identify required books and other course materials (or confirm that no materials are required) for their Fall 2022 classes by the start of registration:
- Related Announcement "Grade Replacement Policy Update" Student Announcement Grade replacement enables undergraduate and graduate students to retake a course in which they earned a low grade* in an attempt
- We will be setting Fall 2022 advising holds for continuing students on Thursday, Feb. 3. Once set, these holds will prevent students in those programs from registering until they've met with their academic advisor.
