Our Mission
The Office of the Registrar, in support of the educational mission of the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder, ensures the integrity and security of academic records and provides enrollment and academic support through innovative systems and superior service to students and other stakeholders.

The Office of the Registrar will demonstrate leadership, excellence and integrity in all we do to enhance the academic experience for ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder students and other stakeholders through ongoing innovation, collaboration, inclusiveness and quality service.
Our Team
ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥
Academic Services
Manages academic scheduling, classroom scheduling and utilization, athletic eligibility, curriculum and courses, curriculum inventory management, degree and graduation services, and degree audit.
Coordinates client and student services, including enrollment and degree verifications, enrollment processing, faculty grading, official transcripts, term withdrawals and tuition classification (student residency). Manages the call center and front desk support and oversees ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ on Coursera support, admission and conferral processing.
Leads office human resources, special projects and initiatives, campus micro-credentials as well as departmental communications, the university catalog, academic structure and policy and record retention.
Manages student information system (ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥-SIS) development, enrollment reporting, student records batch processing and term setup, access and security, and testing and configuration for enhancements and updates. Also manages and provides business development, campuswide report capabilities and technology resources, and reviews data requests for downstream systems.
