On Wednesday, Oct. 2 we have become aware of the following two issues occurring intermittently in ֱ Boulder Class Search after a recent vendor server upgrade, including:

  • The “last updated” timestamp on each classdoesnot show as current, indicating potential issues with the class rebuild/refresh.
  • An error message appearingwhen a student tries to drop a Fall 2024 full-semester class or add an 8 week session 2 class. In all cases, students were able to successfully add or drop their classes once directed to use classic enrollment. (Total cases reported: 5.)

We are actively working with our vendor to diagnose the root causes of the timestamp and error message issues and will update this webpage with new information as it becomes available.
