Car

ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder Parking and Transportation Services offers a variety of sustainable commuting options. For many commuters, the flexibility driving affords, or responsibilities outside of work and school, make driving necessary and/or outweigh the costs and environmental impacts.

Carpooling

Carpooling is a great way to save money on gas, parking, and vehicle wear and tear.

Carsharing

Car sharing is a great option for those that are car-free or choose to leave their vehicle at home but still need occasional access to a vehicle.

Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging

With over 40 charging spaces throughout campus, finding a spot for your EV will not be a problem.

Tips for Commuting Without Your Car

It is possible to get around Boulder (and campus) without a car. Please visit our short-term parking and getting around campus webpages for information on pay-to-park and sustainable transportation options.

  • Bus: Use RTD's Trip-Planner and/or RTD Park-n-Rides to make busing more feasible, and download the Transit app to get real-time bus info.
  • Car and bike shares: Use ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Carshare, Zipcar and Boulder B-cycle to get around town without your car. Memberships are either free or significantly price reduced for ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ affiliates.
