There are many resources, most of which are free of charge, available to ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ students, faculty, and staff to help with stressful or difficult situations. These offices can provide additional support for addressing concerns, exploring options for reporting, and gaining skills for helping others.

Campus resources that are not confidential are required to comply with the mandatory obligation to report.

These confidential services do not have an obligation to disclose any information provided to them without the express permission of the client. If files are maintained, they are completely separate from academic and employment records and cannot be accessed by campus or community systems without the client's signed authorization. There are exceptions to confidentiality that should be discussed with a counselor or provider.

WellTrack

WellTrack is a free app that is available to all ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder students. It is designed to help you understand your mental health and to provide you with the help that you need right now. WellTrack's suite of online tools and courses helps you identify, understand, and address issues like stress, resiliency, anxiety and/or depression. WellTrack is a self-guided and interactive way to manage your mental well-being.

Academic Live Care

Academic LiveCare (ALC) is a free telehealth platform that allows students, staff, and faculty to schedule and attend mental health and medical appointments from home, the office, or wherever you are on the go. This service is free regardless of your health insurance plan.

Residence Hall Directors are available for support when students need someone to talk to. Hall Directors are full-time staff who live and work in the halls. Medical Forensic Evidence Exams

The Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (SANE) program at Foothills Hospital is staffed by nurses with special training in expertly caring for and collecting evidence following a sexual assault.
