Proposal Submission Request (PSR) Form
All new proposals require a Proposal Submission Request (PSR) form, which must be completed and signed by the lead ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Investigator at least five business days prior to proposal submission. The primary purposes of the PSR is to collect important proposal-related information and review areas of compliance in one location. For detailed guidance on completing the PSR, see the PSR User Guide.
A PSR is also required for proposals that are resubmissions, as well as proposal requests for supplements, continuations, or renewals.
If a proposal has already been submitted and a revised budget is requested for previously submitted estimates, a new PSR is not required.
