How to Schedule an Officer Interview

For Scholarship Coordinators:Ìý

To schedule an officer interview for an applicant when ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ NROTC is on their national scholarship application, please do the following:

  1. Send LT JonesÌý(elijah.jones-1@colorado.edu) an email including:
    • The student's name
    • The student's email
    • The student's application (Attached as a PDF)
    • The interview due date (Please allow 10-day lead)
    • Any other pertinent information orÌýdocumentation.Ìý
  2. The student'sÌýinformation and documentation will then be forwarded to the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ NROTC officer who will conduct theÌýinterview.Ìý
  3. TheÌýofficerÌýwho conducts theÌýinterviewÌýwill return the completed officer interview formÌýto you directly, via email,Ìýno later than theÌýclose of business on the interviewÌýdue date. ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ NROTC officers who can conduct officer interviews include:Ìý

Key information for scheduling interviews:Ìý

  1. ApplicationsÌýmay communicate directly with us to request an interview but should include an email address for NROTC scholarship coordinators so completed interview forms can be emailed to them.Ìý
  2. Interviews can be done over zoom or in person, there is no requirement either way.Ìý
