Professor of Musicology Susan Thomas comes from the musicology and women’s studies departments at the University of Georgia to head the American Music Research Center.

Associate Professor of Voice and Director of Vocal Pedagogy John Seesholtz plans to start a voice lab to help continue the tradition of vocal pedagogy excellence at the college.

Professor of Harpsichord and Eugene D. Eaton, Jr., Chair in Baroque Music Performance Robert Hill comes to the College of Music from the Staatliche Hochschule für Musik in Freiburg, Germany.

Daniel Kellogg recently received the Marion International Fellowship for the Visual and Performing Arts.

She’s been the beating heart of the College of Music for 24 years. Now, Gayle Boethling is retiring.

The CD was recorded at a concert in April 2017.

Director of Historical Performance Studies and Professor of Organ and Harpsichord Elizabeth Farr retires in May after 26 years at the College of Music.
