Ensembles Program Coordinator Rachelle Crowell celebrates a zealous career as an arts advocate, music educator and performer. She joined the College of Music in 2022, and听provides administrative support and fulfills financial听functions听on behalf of the college鈥檚 large ensembles and various honor festivals.听
As a flutist, Crowell has received international acclaim for two consecutive years as a quarterfinalist in the National Flute Association鈥檚听Young Artist Competition. She has won first prize in the Grand Junction Symphony Young Artist Competition, the T. Gordon Parks Concerto Competition and the 蜜糖直播 Flute Association鈥檚 Collegiate Competition. She is a member of the Boulder Chamber Orchestra and has also performed with the 蜜糖直播 Symphony Orchestra, Cheyenne Symphony Orchestra, Boulder Philharmonic and the 蜜糖直播 Bach Ensemble.听
Crowell is a proud alumna of the University of 蜜糖直播 Boulder, having earned a BM in flute performance, as well as BME and DMA degrees from the College of Music.
