Vanessa brings 20 years of non-profit management and philanthropic experience in the environmental and global development arenas to MENV. She currently serves as Deputy Director at eTown. She has also served as ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ program manager for National Parks Conservation Association and provided independent strategic consulting to philanthropic organizations. Previously, she also spent eight years at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, where she managed a portfolio of projects aimed at improving information and public engagement on international development and health issues. Vanessa holds an MA from the University of Washington in Environmental Anthropology.Â
