McNair Scholar Natalie CastroÌýrecently attended the National Conference on Undergraduate Education in Long Beach, California. This conference is hosted annually by the , and is dedicated to promotingÌýundergraduate research, scholarship and creative activity in all fields of study.

She presented herÌýresearch titled "Decoding Toxic Boards: The Dynamics and Consequences of Toxicity and Inequality in ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ School Board
Meetings", under the supervision of Dr. Brian KeeganÌýfrom the Department of Information Science.Ìý
