The international, interdisciplinary Beyond TIme Workshop was held on the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ campus April 7-8, 2017. The workshop, jointly sponsored by the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Department of Linguistics, Institute of Cognitive Science, College of Arts and Sciences, Center for Humanities and Arts and the Vice Chancellor for Research, was a gathering of 15 internationally prominent scholars of temporal meaning, who met to discuss the origins, use, and semantic representation of linguistic time constructions in a variety of languages and from a variety of perspectives (psycholinguistic, historical, computational). Their presentations are being made available on the Beyond Time workshop site.
