Education Abroad offers our students incredible opportunities to travel, explore and broaden your experiences and perspectives while staying on track for graduation.
- Coursework is available for all majors offered at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥.
- With study abroad it’s possible to earn major, minor, certificate, A&S core, MAPS, and/or general elective credit.

International English Center
TheÌýÌýprovides an intensive English program especially designed for students who are preparing to enter a college or university in the United States. In the classroom, students learn English via a multi-skills approach, with classes in listening/speaking, reading, writing and grammar each day.Ìý Students may also take elective courses that focus on improving certain language skills and learning specialized content. In addition to classes, the International English Center offers cultural, community and sports activities that allow the student to explore U.S. culture in a friendly and safe environment.
Because the IEC is part of the university, there are many opportunities to interact with its student population. IEC students join ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ clubs, attend student festivals and public seminars and may visit a university class as part of an assignment or even enroll in a university class through theÌý. Additional opportunities to interact with ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder students include a conversation partner program through Swap at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder, and conversation clubs in partnership with various ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder language departments.
