A native of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Springs, ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥, Singh is the 20th ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder student, the first ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder woman, and she is among a handful of Sikh-Americans to claim the coveted scholarship. She is the university’s first Rhodes Scholar since 1993.
