Program Overview
- Fall 2024: Fellows participate in a seminar, meeting with a cohort of colleagues to explore topics like:
- Course design
- Active learning
- Inclusive teaching
- Teaching assessments
- Technology in teaching
- Fellows will propose a project to address identified teaching and learning challenges.
- Spring 2025: Fellows will:
- Implement their projects.
- Engage their departments to share findings.
- Present results to the campus community.
- Receive support from ASSETT and CTL staff throughout the process.
Program Details
- Commitment: 1-year participation.
- Support: $3,000 professional development award.
- Schedule: Eight seminar meetings (in-person or via Zoom, based on participant preferences).
- Eligibility: Tenure-track faculty, instructors, and lecturers.
- Cohort Size: Up to 12 Fellows.
