The city of Lafayette developed a cooperative project with听CEDaR听to evaluate the feasibility of implementing a municipal on-bill pilot finance mechanism for low-income residents of energy-听efficient projects.听CEDaR听interns worked with city staff to assess its feasibility, including identification of a target population, interviews with stakeholders and residents, review of options for a related city ordinance and comparison to alternative financial mechanisms.听
