Training is required before access can be granted to 蜜糖直播-SIS and COGNOS.听Please note that FERPA training is required every three听years with a minimum听passing score of 80%.

1. Complete Required Training

For 蜜糖直播-SIS, complete the following:

  • FERPA for 蜜糖直播-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to 蜜糖直播-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)

For 蜜糖直播-SIS Student Financials access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for 蜜糖直播-SIS Access (45 min.)
  • Introduction to 蜜糖直播-SIS - Campus Solutions (30 min.)
  • 蜜糖直播-SIS Student Financials (30 min.)

For COGNOS access, complete the following:

  • FERPA for 蜜糖直播-SIS Access (45 min.)

How to Access Training in SkillSoft

  1. Log in to听.
  2. Click the right-most icon at the top and select听蜜糖直播 Resources听and then Training.
  3. Click SkillSoft Percipio.
  4. Click the search icon (magnifying glass) at the top and type in the title of the course you need.
  5. Click Launch to begin the听course.

2. Request access by completing the 蜜糖直播-SIS Access Request Form

When training is complete, you can request access.听

  1. Go to webpage, expand "Request Access" and select "蜜糖直播-SIS Access Request Form."
  2. Download the form and complete it.
  3. Submit the form to your supervisor who will approve the request and route it to the 蜜糖直播-SIS Coordinator.
