Support
Maintaining a recognizable brand identity takes effort from all of us, and you don’t have to do it alone. Whether you are using the Be Boulder. platform for the first time or are launching a highly visible marketing campaign, we’re here to help you expand the effectiveness of your efforts.
All ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder units are encouraged to submit marketing campaign materials for brand and messaging review before the campaign has been finalized, but not all of the communications your unit generates will need to be reviewed. Below are the three situations in which we would like to provide input about your efforts.
- You are using the Be Boulder platform for the first time.
- You are launching a highly visible communications effort with broad distribution (e.g., a magazine, an ad campaign, a new website, etc.).
- You are changing concept/direction in your communication (new visuals/new theme, etc.).
Contact us with questions about creating artwork, merchandising and training your team on our brand identity and we’ll respond to your submission in 2-4 business days.Ìý
