The Office of Faculty Affairs coordinates a variety of activities associated with faculty life and academic programming on the Boulder campus. The office is a branch of the Division of Academic Affairs and is administered by the Vice Provost and Associate Vice Chancellor for Faculty Affairs.

Research Faculty and Post-Doctoral Fellowship recipients report up through the Vice Chancellor for Research & Innovation. Faculty Relations - The position of director of faculty relations was established in 2007 in recognition of the need to provide services to faculty members and academic administrators to help develop and maintain working relationships that are positive and productive. These services include individual consultation, mediation, assessment of unit dynamics, and investigations of allegations of unprofessional behavior as defined in the PRD (Professional Rights and Duties of Faculty Members.)
Ombuds Office - The Ombuds office assists all ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder students, staff, and faculty with any university-related dispute or concern. The Ombuds Office is a safe, credible, accessible and voluntary resource. Services are offered free of charge and are kept in strict confidence.
Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) - The Office of Institutional Equity and Compliance (OIEC) is responsible for three policies at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder: Sexual Misconduct, Protected Class Discrimination and Harassment, and Conflict of Interest in Amorous Relationships. If you have a need to report an incident or have a question about your responsiblity to report, please contact them directly. They are happy to assist you.
The PRR (Professional Rights and Responsibilities of Faculty Members and Roles and Professional Responsibilities of Academic Leaders) is a document that sets out in broad terms the privileges and responsibilities, as well as the standards of professional conduct of the faculty at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder.
Faculty with any questions on campus grievance procedures should contact the chair of the BFA Grievance Advisory Committee or the
Ceratin faculty grievances may be heard by the ±Ê°ù´Ç±¹´Ç²õ³Ù’s (PAC). Please read the policy for more information on what these grievances may be and/or contact the BFA Grievance Advisory Committee for more information.
- The mission of the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ P&T is to provide Faculty Senate members a hearing for grievances involving perceived violations of rights and privileges. That is, P&T is the due-process vehicle for Faculty Senate members. This is a System level committee and eligible ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder faculty should contact the for more information.

ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder faculty and staff members can submit a single application each academic year to be considered for up to three different funds designed to support their dependents who are pursuing higher education.
Eligible ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ employees can receive a waiver for up to a total of 9 credit hours of tuition (space-available basis) per year (fall through summer). Employees have the option to transfer the benefit to a dependent. Dependents of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder employees can receive a discount of 30 percent off of tuition.
