Strategic Recommendation: Compensate all members of the College equitably.

  • Provide a living wage to graduate student teaching and research assistants so that they can afford to effectively pursue their studies in Boulder.
  • Correct issues of College of Arts and Sciences staff wage disparity and compression within the college and in comparison to other colleges.
  • Prioritize longer-term contracts in faculty hiring (tenure-track over instructor, instructor over lecturer) to provide financial and employment stability for faculty.
