Cory Portnuff, AuD, PhD is a clinical audiologist at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Hospital, UCHealth Hearing and Balance Clinic and an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ School of Medicine. In the clinic, he works with patients of all ages, with a focus on audiologic rehabilitation, treatment for tinnitus and services for musicians. Dr. Portnuff is board certified in audiology with a specialty certification in pediatric audiology. He also is a certified professional supervisor of audiometric monitoring programs (CPS/A) and holds certificates in tinnitus management and Audiology precepting. 

Dr. Portnuff’s research focuses on noise-induced hearing loss, with a particular emphasis in music-induced hearing loss and in understanding music players using health belief modeling. He also focuses on clinical and translational research within the clinical setting.
