The mission of the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Museum of Natural History is to contribute to the knowledge of the natural world and human history through research, teaching, and public education.The University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Museum of Natural History serves over 300,000 people annually on-campus, in Boulder and across the State of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥.
Program opportunities include teacher workshops, stakeholder seminar, graduate student engagement, community of practice involving ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ undergraduate, curriculum development, citizen science projects, community programs and events, K-12 student activities and camps, programs focusing on underserved audiences, and evaluations. Exhibit opportunities include small scale exhibits in the Museum on the ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder campus (50,000 visitors annually), web-based exhibits, and traveling exhibits suitable for a variety of venues, including libraries, nature centers, and community colleges.
