All charging stations at ֱ Boulder are on the ChargePoint network and are level II chargers (i.e. will charge a standard EV in a few hours).

Chargers are open to any plug-in EV user (staff, studentsand visitors) except for the chargers in the Center for Community (C4C chargers are only available to lot 327 permit holders).

NightRide: Your safe and free alternative to walking alone after dark.

What isNightRide?

NightRide is ֱ Boulder’s student-operated safe-ride service that allows you to request free, evening transportation to and from any location within Boulder city limits. Travel across campus or to a neighborhood off-campus. ֱ NightRide is available to current ֱ Boulder students, faculty and staff.

How to Request a Ride:

  • Download the ֱ NightRide app from theor
  • Select “Log In with ֱ”

The objective of the service is to support employees who choose to commute sustainably, don’t have access to a personal vehicle or rely on transit by ensuring they have a way to get home in case of an emergency or unexpected work change.

Who qualifies?

Eligible users for theGuaranteed Ride Home program arestaff or faculty full-time employees(FTEs) of ֱ Boulder and ֱ System staff/faculty.FTEs are those who work 50% time or greater (benefit eligible).

When can this be used?

Staff or faculty full-time employees who are experiencing apersonal or family emergency/illness or an unplanned change in work schedulecan useGuaranteed Ride Home.*
