Project Description
Works closely with current NIST staff to design and build fiber-coupled Rydberg probes and phased arrays, and demonstratse the function of these devices in anechoic and hybrid chamber millimeter-wave measurements. The associate also brings the Rydberg devices outside for studies of satellite reception.
