Project Description
Develop scalable methods and architectures for trapped ion quantum computing. In particular, help with the design, planning, and construction of experimental apparatus including laser systems, microwave electronics, vacuum chambers, and control electronics; design and perform experiments on trapped ions and analyze the data, including performing theoretical calculations; disseminate results through publication in journals and presentation at conferences.
