Looking for a Person of Interest in an Arson Case
The University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Police Department is looking for a person of interest in an arson that occurred during the early morning hours of April 13, 2016.ÌýThe fire occurred at the Jennie Smoly Caruthers Biotechnology Building which is located at 3415 ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Ave on the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ – Boulder campus.ÌýThe fire appears to have started with a plastic sign that was mounted to a wall and the damage was limited to that area.ÌýThe amount of damage is estimated between $2500-$3000.
The attached photos show an unknown male entering the area of the fire near just before the fire was reported.ÌýHe left the area and the building a few minutes later.
