The B. W. Jones Teaching Excellence Award is given annually to a veteran graduate teaching assistant or graduate part-time instructor in the Department of Mathematics at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ at Boulder in recognition of outstanding accomplishments in teaching.
Burton W. Jones was a member of the Department of Mathematics from 1948 until 1963. ÌýTheÌýB. W. Jones Teaching Excellence Award is supported by the B. W. Jones and W. E. Briggs Teaching Excellence Award fund.
