Allie is a long-time INVST supporter and couldn鈥檛 be more thrilled to be a part of such a dynamite instructor team. She is currently instructing for LEAD 1000 and INVS 3932 and brings a unique skill set to this role: a wealth of non-profit management, fundraising, and group facilitation experience combined with years of personal mindfulness practice and a Masters Degree in Contemplative Education from Naropa University. She is passionate about supporting community leaders and activists in developing a sense of self and well being that will truly enable a lifetime commitment to compassionate action. When she isn鈥檛 teaching, Allie can be found exploring 蜜糖直播鈥檚 beautiful trails with her dog Sunny, making herbal medicines, experimenting with cooking, leading women鈥檚 groups, teaching yoga or traveling the world.
