The University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a student-run organization dedicated to fostering and facilitating a community among on-campus residents, and to promote a safe and comfortable living environment. RHA also provides opportunities for leadership development and training, as well as various programming efforts to focus on advocacy and social justice in the halls.

Community Council

All residence hall students have access to join their residence hall’s Community Council. All Community Council members work with RHA and other Student Leadership Programs, such as the National Residence Hall Honorary and EcoReps to ensure ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder residence halls foster an inclusive community, advocate for students’ needs, and to benefit the residential community around them.

Campus Advocacy and Social Justice

RHA strives to create a safe and inclusive home for all students living on campus. The Advocacy Committee is responsible for promoting advocacy initiatives focused on the student experience, hall infrastructure, and policies. The Social Justice Committee is responsible for promoting inclusion within the residential communities and advocating for support systems for historically excluded student populations.

Signature Events and Neighborhood Events

RHA hosts select signature events and several neighborhood events throughout the year. The Signature Events Committee works to create or partner on large scale and traditional events on campus, such as Haunted Halls, Shamrock Showdown, Destress Fest, and Sexual Assault Awareness Month. The Neighborhood Events Committee works to create or partner on small scale events throughout campus, such as Neighborhood Block Parties and Welcome Back Events.
