Tim Clarkin graduated with an M.S. in Civil Systems Engineering, with a focus in Water Engineering and a certificate in Engineering for Developing Communities, in . Tim is a participant in the DoD SMART Scholarship program, which funds his degree and research while at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ and provides employment with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers upon degree completion. Eventually, Tim would like to work on water supply systems in water scarce regions and developing communities — especially East Africa. Tim’s MS thesis research focused on the effect of constraints in multiobjective optimization.
