ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥

Mike Hannigan's research lab's primary goal is to study air quality using low-cost monitors developed by the group. The team has worked on various research projects involving the study of air pollutants, with specific focuses on clean large-scale and household-level energy, environmental justice, and community engagement. The team works directly with community organizations in some of its research and also engages the community through its Air Quality InQuiry (AQ-IQ) program. AQ-IQ brings our Pod sensors into rural ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ middle and high schools to engage students in air quality experimental design and project-based learning. The lab resides in the College of Engineering and Applied Science at the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder.
