ֱ Boulder Internal Job Posting Process: Changes for Various Faculty Titles

Background

The ֱ Department of Labor and Employment recently revised its regulations related to the ֱ Equal Pay for Equal Work Act. Specifically, they broadened the definitions of what positions require transparency posting to current employees to include all job opportunities. As a result of this change, all academic departments and units will be required to post job opportunities including:

  • Chair positions and other faculty administrative positions
  • Additional faculty job titles that are not otherwise expressly exempted from the posting requirements
