Professional Development

  • May 9, 10, 11, 12 – 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.ÌýGraduate Writing RetreatÌý
    Join other graduate students for a writing retreat that will provide the time, community, and accountability to focus on your writing goals. Brief programming will be followed by dedicated writing time each day.Ìý.

  • May 12, 19, 26 – 12 to 1 p.m.ÌýAlignment SeriesÌý
    Achieving personal alignment will increase your productivity and decrease stress and chaos. Join Leslie Blood, PhD, director of Graduate Community and Program Development, for this three-part alignment series which will include discussions about values, motivation, drive, and reflection.Ìý.ÌýÌý

  • May 31, June 1, 2 – 9 to 11 a.m.ÌýEndurance PhD/MA Intensive RetreatÌý
    During this three-day retreat, you will learn how to create sustainable habit structures, get an overview on accountability styles, and dive into how your personality type/tendencies influence your productivity. This retreat is a great introduction or refresher to our weekly Endurance PhD/MA Seminar Series that are offered in the summer, fall and spring.Ìý.Ìý
