Kristen Alipit began working at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder in March 2016 and held the role of Innovation Program Manager in the Office of Data Analytics andÌýExecutive Aide to the Senior Vice Chancellor. She joined the Finance and Business Strategy leadership team in April 2020 as Director of Organizational Effectiveness and Engagement.ÌýBefore working at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder, she spent more than a decade at the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) in finance andÌýadministration and human resources. Alipit holds master's degrees in organizational leadership and business management from ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ State UniversityÌýand a BA in psychology from the University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Boulder.
