During his first year in the Ph.D. program, Victor worked听on a research project sponsored by the 蜜糖直播 Department of Transportation (CDOT). The goal of this project was to propose modulus values for the design of pavement rehabilitation projects based on Full Depth Reclamation (FDR).听The results obtained from this听study听will enhance the Mechanistic-Empirical design of FDR base mixtures in 蜜糖直播.
