This session is designed to provide a framework that will help you move the needle on engagement. You will learn about the drivers of employee engagement, and strategies you can implement to retain employees in person, hybrid, and virtually and make movement toward your most important organizational goals. .

Thursday, May 12. 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., virtual
This virtual event will provide staff and faculty with an opportunity to unpack the challenges and gaps that may exist in virtual meetings. Learners will explore four common equity barriers to inclusive meetings and will gain strategies to mitigate barriers to intentionally create more inclusive spaces in virtual meetings. .

The ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Shakespeare Festival, the nation’s second-oldest Shakespeare Festival, is back! This summer features The Two Gentlemen of Verona, All’s Well That Ends Well, The Book of Will, Coriolanus, and The Alchemist. Performances are in the Mary Rippon Outdoor Theatre here on campus.

Mental Wellness Matters: This hotline helps all ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ employees find support, resources for mental health issues. The University of ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ is offering all employees a new option for quick access to mental health services – The Real Help Hotline at (833) 533-CHAT (2428).
