Nancy Maingi Ngwu (she/her) is a doctoral candidate in the Department of Communication at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥, where she studies organizational communication, focusing on how gender, organization, communication, and power intersect. As the Strategic Dialogues Director, Nancy leads the strategic, implementation, and assessment aspects of collaborative change dialogue programming and partnerships. She enjoys collaborating and developing proactive organizational strategies with campus partners to create community and advance equity, inclusion, and belonging at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ through critical dialogue. She specializes in qualitative methodologies, and her research has appeared in Review of Communication,ÌýManagement Communication Quarterly, and Kaleidoscope: A Graduate Journal of Qualitative Research. Her published research on African feminist organizational communication historiography was awarded the 2022 Outstanding Article Award by the National Communication Association’s Organizational Communication Division. Her professional background includes an MA in Communication Studies and BAs in Political Science and Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
