Kat is a first-generation graduate from ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Denver with a B.S. in Political Science and is excited to join the Crown Institute. Previously, Kat worked for the LGBTQ Student Resource Center at ÃÛÌÇÖ±²¥ Denver as an educational trainer and event coordinator. She will be bringing her event coordinating knowledge to the Crown Institute working with the Outreach and Education Program. Kat is passionate about Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion work, and will be working on completing her M.A. in Human Relations with a concentration in Diversity, Equity, and Strategic Impact Specialization. Her passion for DEI work is what attracted her to the Crown Institute, and she looks forward to learning and growing more.
