Lex (Alexis) Brown started off with a BS in Accounting, working in project management for Accounting and Finance teams in Charlotte, NC, before deciding to go back to school to study psychology closer to home (Indianapolis, IN). She recently graduated听from Ball State University in Muncie, IN with an MA in Social Psychology and a minor in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. She has recently moved to the Boulder, CO area to join Crown, where she will be working for Michelle Reininger and alongside Chris Millenger as a Project and Data Manager, focusing primarily on the BeWell team. Her research interests include examining the inequities that exist between groups, their effects on group members, and the solutions that could spark improvements. Lex was excited to join this team to experience partnering with organizations supporting important community initiatives as well as be a part of meaningful research.
