In her role in Denver law firm Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck鈥檚 corporate and business department, Kristin focuses on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financings and public and private securities offerings.

The Davidson Honors College at the University of Montana appointed聽Brock Tessman聽(MIntlAf, MPolSci; PhD鈥�04) as dean. Previously, Brock served the University of Georgia as an associate director of the Center for the Study of Global Issues, where he won numerous awards for teaching.
